"We all spend time waiting and this has led me to a different medium, scratch-board.  Scratchboard is portable and I carry a board wherever I go."  The technique is similar to drawing on clay.  The surface of the board is clay, covered with black ink.  Scratching the surface reveals a white line.  "The lines are very fine and I can achieve more detail than on the surface of my clay work… and you thought I was nutty before."  These images are being produced as framed, hand-colored limited edition prints.
